Plus:

Supporting Safe, Reliable Ski Operations

  • Housing operations employees close to the mountain reduces long commutes, weather-related delays and allows for reliable on-time openings for the mountain.
  • That means faster emergency response, reliable snowmaking, consistent lift maintenance, and more reliable daily operations.

Easing Pressure on Workforce Housing

  • Snowmass Village needs 383 new workforce housing units and currently has 203 people on the waiting list for existing units, including 51 Aspen Skiing Company employees.

Homes for Local Educators

  • The project allows Aspen School District to buy three units for their employees, supporting the year-round community Snowmass depends on.
